The Japanese propose to organize a large trust campiny at Harbin with a capital of $10,000,000.

According to the Shanghai Nippe the Japanese proposa to establish a trust company with a capital of $5,000,000. The com- pany will be a Sino-Japanese enterprise.
Chin Ta-san has raised a sum of 15,000,000 for the establishment of a Peking Trat Company which will undertake the usual transsetions in stocks and insurance. Registration has been obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce.
