Interesting Case in

Summary Court.

An interesting case under the Rents Ordinance was yesterday decided by Mr. Justice J. R. Wood, the Puisse Judge, in favour of the tensals. The action was brought by Yan Kam-heung, a banker of No. 108. Wing Lok Street, against the Ko Ming Com- pany, confectioners, of No. 98, Banham Strand. The plaintif sought to recover possession of the ground floor of No. 98, Boubam Strand. He asked for a declara- tica under the Rents Ordinance.
