Interesting Case in
Summary Court.
An interesting case under the Rents Ordinance was yesterday decided by Mr. Justice J. R. Wood, the Puisse Judge, in favour of the tensals. The action was brought by Yan Kam-heung, a banker of No. 108. Wing Lok Street, against the Ko Ming Com- pany, confectioners, of No. 98, Banham Strand. The plaintif sought to recover possession of the ground floor of No. 98, Boubam Strand. He asked for a declara- tica under the Rents Ordinance. Section 4 (e) that the domestic tenement was reasonably, required by the lessor for occupation for himself or for his' family, or for persons in his whole time employ- ment, and that alternative accom- madation reasonably equivalent as regards rent and suitable is all respecta was available, i.e..
