Summary Court.

An Interesting case under the Rents Ordinance was yesterday decided by Mr. Justice J. B. Woed, the Pulsne Judge, in favour of the tangpts. The action 18:33 brought by Yan Kam-heung, * banker of Na, 108, Wing Lok Street, against the Ko Ming Com pany, confectioners, of No. 98, Bonham Strand. The plaintif sanght to recover possession of the ground floor of No. 98, Boubam Strand.
