The land held by the same firm to pay revenue by the incumbent was the last £1200 + £100 + the advantage of private practice. I think this is somewhat too high working to the precedent in Hongkong, and I would recommend a reduction in it to £100.
The pay as for Surgeon of this proposal if adopted, the new officer would be worth £600 as Surgeon + £100 as Supt. to the Lock Hospital either with the advantage of Private Practice.
