H. K. Music Co. Sued.
At the Summary Court, before Mr. Justice. Wood, this morning, Un Po-twan claimed from the Hongkong Music Co. of Wyndham Street, the return of a piano delivered by plaintiff to defendants on Nov. 1st, 1920, for | repairs, or in default of the ratura of the piano, $650, its value, and the costs of the action. Mr. H.C. Lee appeared for plaintiff and Mr. G. R. Haywood represented defendants.
Plaintiff said on Nov. 1st. last, year, he took the piano to defend- ants for repairs, which were to] [be completed in ons` month. At the expiration of that time he called for the piano, but was told. that the repairs were not finished On the second occasion on which he called at the shop defendants) denied all knowledge of it, and it had not yet been returned to him. The value of the instrument was $650.
