I believe you are right to have selected him among these candidates for a Colonial appointment, as he has been educated at G. Hospital and is essentially likely to do credit to his alma mater.
He is painstaking and industrious, and I consider that he has greatly added to his experience.
He has all the qualifications which a practitioner should have, whether at home or abroad.
