Annual Meetings.

The annual general meeting of the Hongkong Football LeaguO, WIRI held last evening at Victoris Far racks, followed by the annual gen- aral meeting of the Hongkong Feet ball Association.

For the League meeting, Master Gunner May was in the chair, Mr. R. J. Wilton assuming it later. Others present were: Mesars, D. J. Purves and M. L Railton (Hong.} kong F. C.) RM. Omar (St. Joseph's), H. Reynolds and H. J. Farmer (Wilta), A. P. Hanbury (58) Coy., R.G.A., R. & R. Swan and J. Robertson (Police), F. Payna (Staff and Departments), O. F. Tuen (South China Athletic), D..Clow (R.G.A), E. A. Lees (299 Punjabis), S. Masters (H.M.S. Titan), W. F. J. Andrew, W. H. Thornton, E Cheesely, W. E Hollands, E. M. Williams, and Mr. J. Ralston, Har. Secretary.

The Chairman (Master Gunner Mas), moring the adoption of the Statement of Accounts, referred to the balance of $13142, and suggest- ed that unless the League was go ing to lose ground financially, the entrance fee of $15 might have to be increased, since with the number of

matches played last season the fees lid not cover the refereest re- muneration.

The Statement of Accounts way adopted, and the meeting then ap pointed the officers for the year, as follows: President, Mr. R. J. Wi ton; Vice-President. Master Gunner G. T. May, Mr. J. Ralston was Hon. Secre again proposed as tary and Treasurer, but said he was going home at the end of the year. Mr. M. L. Railton consented to act. and was elected. Mr. C. H. Blake was re-appointed Secretary of the Second Division. The following| were elected to the Committee of Management: Messrs. S. Masters (H.M.5. Titania), J. Rodger (Hong kong F. C.), H. J. Farmer (Wilts.). R. Swan (Police) and Ip Kau (South China Athletic).
