me to send medical testimonials to you,
to be considered for the
post. I have the honour to submit the
accompanying attestation copies to your perusal, trusting
that they will satisfy you that I am
fully competent to undertake and
discharge the important and responsible
duties of Colonial Surgeon at Hong Kong,
an office to which

about to be appointed, and to which I
