I cannot make out whether Mr Greaghe does, or does not, wish for an extension of leave; as, however the work is done, and he is urgently wanted in the Colony, it will be safer to assume that he does not.
Acknowledge receipt, expressing satisfaction; copy of this, and our reply to Greaghe, and send also copies of our letter to Mr Greaghe & to the agents, adding that during Mr Greaghe's extension of leave granted to him, & reported to the Gov? in the despatch No. 20167 of the 6th inst.
