opinion to effect such revocation by Letters Patent.
I am to request that you will take into consideration the enclosed Draft Letters Patent which have been prepared here for that purpose, and that you will jointly with the S.G. favour Lord Kimberley with your opinion whether this Draft is sufficient to effect the desired object.
Copies of the recited Letters Patent are enclosed for your information, and I am to state that they are the only Letters Patent which have been issued with reference to the See of Victoria.
