Meeting of the Association.

A meeting of the H.K.F.A. was held at Victoria Barracks on Wednesday evening when Mr. R. J. Wilton presided over a repre- sentative gathering.

The Hon. Secratary (Mr. J. Ralston) informed the meeting that he had received several reports from references of teame failing to appear on the ground on dates appointed.

Tho Chairman reminded Secretaries of Clubs that such toams were liable to a fine of five dollars for failing to turn out. PLAYERS' TRANSFERS.

Bath, of the Oilers United, applied for transfer to the Ambrose team. It was brought to notios at the mooting that Bath belonged to I.M.S. Ambrose but had boon playing for the Oilers during the season without permission of the League management,

The application was refused and the secretary instructed to write! to the Oilers to enquire why Bath played for them without permis- sion.

It was also pointed out that Williams of the Ambrose had been playing for the Oilers and this club was called upon to report also on this man as no permission had been given for him to play for the club.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP.

It was decided to prosent the League cup and medals to the Wiltshires on Easter Monday, March 28th, following, a match between winners versus the Rest of the League, to be played on the club ground at 4.30 p.m.

A Committee was elected choose the team to represent the Rest.

MISCONDUCT OF PLAYERS. The report of the referee (Mr. Leaf) appointed to the Kowlon v.; S.C.A. match on the Club ground: ground on March 5th, was read. It stated that he had occasion, to turn a player of each side off the field for fighting during tho game and that he stopped the game two minutes before time as one of the players did not leave the field when ordered to do so.
