I have granted to Mr. Thomas W. Barrington, Clerk and Usher of the Supreme Court, Six Months leave of absence.

*I hereby certify, that Mr. Thomas W. Barrington has received Full Salary at the rate of £200 per Annum as Clerk and Usher of the Supreme Court up to the 31 December 1871.

Mr. Barrington has left a Power of Attorney in the Colony to draw his Half Salary during his absence.

1st-That the above leave was granted to commence on the 19th of January and end on the 18th of July 1872 and that the Medical Certificate, of which a copy is appended, was produced on the 17th of January 1872, on the ground of ill health.
