BRITISH ADMIRAL IN AMERICA.
Annapolis, Feb. 16. The British Admiral Sir Lewis Bayly received an ovation from midshipmen at the Naval Academy when he spoke praising the splendid co-operation of the American and British fleets in the war. Although the visit is unofficial, Admiral Bayly received an Admiral's salute. The band paraded in his honour, Admiral Bayly will be banquetted in New York by a hundred and fifty American naval officers, with whom he co-operated most cordially in the war. A dirigible and five seaplanes escorted the vessel whereon Admiral Bayly arrived from Colon up New York Bay,
