I have laid before the Postmaster General your letter of the 28th March last enclosing the copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong, in which he calls attention to the loss sustained by that Colony from the decrease of the correspondence with Yokohama and the consequent falling off of the Postal Revenue.
