I have made coquiness but nothing is known in the department of the alleged Exemption of these clerks at the S. Settlements - These clerks are not exempted by the Lt. Hong Kong Juries Act. 110/1864, but I see that the Gov. in Council has a power to strike off such names as the Sheriff's list.
