Accordingly the Bureau of Internal Revenus, is considering the advisability of seizing and selling the foreign vessels implicated. It is reported the: the Bureau has also discovered the connection between the seamen and the "whisky ring" which markets the beverages. The Volstead Prohibition law specifically provides for the confiscation of such vessels.
