EUROPE.

AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT FROM PARIS.

ARE THE ALLIES SPLIT INTO TWO CAMPS ?

London, August 11. Mr. Lloyd George heightened the mystery as regards Renter's exclusive news from Paris, that France had recognised General Wrangel's Government and that the French Foreign Office had notified Mr. Lloyd George of the decision yesterday, when he told the House of Commons this afternoon that his only information was Renter's telegram, and he could scarcely credit it.
