BRITISH COLL INDUSTRY.
London, June 12, The "Daily Telegraph" says the Government Coals Bill is com plated and will be introduced in the House of Commons next week. It provides for the establishment of a Mines Department of the Board of Trade headed by a Secretary of Mines who will be supported by an Advisory Committee romposed of coalawners, miners and others concerned and including doctors, while subordinate committees will be appointed for each pit.
