THE TURKI:H TREATY.
London, May 11. The official summary of the Turkish Treaty was handed to the Turkish delegates in Paris this afternoon. The Treaty is divided into thirteen parts, the first of which contains the Covenant of the League of Nations and the second describes the new geographical frontiers of Turkey, that in Europe being approximately the Chatalja lines. The boundaries in Asis remain the same except as regards the southern frontier which starts from the const south of Adana and proceeds easterly froz the south of Marash and Diabekr to the present boundary in south-west Urmia, thence northwards to Ararat and north-west to a few miles south of Eatom. The third part consists of thirteen sections. It binda the Turka to accept the political changes causes by the Treaty and establishes a special international regime for the Dardanelles and Straits which will not be subject to, blockade nor belligerency except in pursuance of a decision of the Council of the League of Nations. The third part further provides for autonomy and the possible eventual independence of Kurdistan. It creates a special regime in Saiyrna under Turkish sovereignty but effective Greek administration. It assigns Eastern Thrute, ap- proximately to the Chatalja Lines, to Greece and provides for the recognition of the new States of Hejaz und Armenia and for mandates for Syria. Mesopotamia and Palestine. In connection therewith it reathas the British Government's declaration of 2nd Nov,, 1919 in favour of a national home for the Jewish people. It also provides for Turkish recognition of the new situation created by the war în Egypt, the Sudan, Expros-the Aegean and the French protectorate of Morocco, and Tania The fourth part deals with the protection of religious, racial and linguistic minorities in Turkey. 11 provides for testitution controlled by mixed arbitral commissions appointed by the League of Nations in favour of non-Turkish subjeṛts who suffered during the
war.

It is ascertaiced that the third constable killed in the patrol was cycling to Danworley to investigate the reports.of firing there. Another murder occurred when a police sergeant and a constable of the Cavan Force were ambushed pear Colonoulty Hut which stubbornly resisted a Sinn Felo attack on Jan. Dist. The sergeant then led the garrison but he was killed instantaneously. The constable escaped unhurt although he was shot at by four assailanty.
BRITISH MILITARY MISSION IN WARSAW,
London, May 11. In the House of Commons replying to Mr. Frederick Roberts, Mr. Churchill stated that there was a small British Military Intelligence Mission at Warsay which was not accompanying the Polish Forces or engaging in the offensive, though it was quite likely the officer in The charge was keeping in touch with the operations.
