Mr. E H. Sharp and Mr. Eldon Potter have been retained through Mesars. Descon. Looker. Deacon and Harsion, hile Dr. Wu Ting-fang has retained the Hon. Mr. H. E Pollock, Mr. Alabaster and M. F. C. Jenkin, through Messrs. Jobastone, Stokes and Master. for the defence.

Dr. Wu Ting-fung left for Shanghai yesterday by the Katori Maru.

It is also stated that the two foreign banks with which the money is deposited will not pay the sum over to any party pending the decision of the Court..
