Warrant.
To the Superintendent of Police and to all Police Constables.
Whereas ... has been required by the Governor of the Levitiny Territory within ... to apprehend and have given notice that a certain Convict ... having committed the Crime of ... within the said Levitiny Territory shall be apprehended and sent to the said Territory.
And whereas the said ... has Committed the said Crime within the said Territory and is charged with having escaped therefrom into this Colony.
This is therefore to Command you in Her Majesty's name forthwith to apprehend the said offender pursuant to the said Ordinance wherever he may be found in this Colony, and bring him before me or other Police Magistrate sitting in this Court for which this shall be your Warrant.
Given under my hand and seal at the Magistrates Court of this Colony this ... day of ... in the Year of Our Lord 1877.
