Cargo impeding discharge will be landed at once and cargo remaining on board or in lighter on and/or after Friday, 16th Jan. 1920 will be subject to landing charges. Cargo undelivered on and or after Monday. 19th Jan. 1929 will be subject to rent.
All broken, chafed and damaged goods will be landed into the Co's Godown, where it will be examind on Monday, 19th Jan. 1920 at 10 am.
No claim will be recognised after the goods have left the ship's tackle, Cu's lighters and/or Godown.
All claims must be presented within 1 month from ship's arrival otherwise they shall not be recognised.
No fire insurance whatever will be effected.

Consignees of cargo are hereby notified that they must produce an Import Permit signed by the Superintendent of the Imports & Exports. Hongkong, before Bills. of Lading can be countersigned.

baving arrived from the above ports, Consignees of Cargo are hereby informed that their Goods are being landed and placed at their risk in the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company's Godowns at Kowloon, where each consignment will be sorted out mark by mark and de- livery can be obtained as soon as the Goods are landed.
Optional Goods will be carried on unless instructions are given to the contrary before Noon To-day. Goods not cleared by the 20th January, 1919, will be subject to:

Damaged packages must be left in the Godowns for examin- ation by the Consignes's and the. Co.'s representatives at an ap pointed hour on Tuesday & Friday. All claims must be pre- sented within ten days of the steamer's arrival here, after which date they cannot be re- cognized. No claims will be ad-1 mitted after the goods have left the Godowns.
