with reference to 4.1's Despatch: no 594 of the 9th Sept. last; to my despatch. no 1140 of the 14th of that month; & to Howe's despatch. no 2066 of that month, I have the honour to transmit to your Lordship a copy of a note which has been addressed to me by Mr. de Liminstat, on subject of the disembarkation at Hongkong from the French ship "Orne & Julie" of fifty Chinese from Saigon.
