SUPPLEMENT.

The above illustration shows four students from Canton who have been sent by the British American Tobacco Co., (China) Ltd., to Trinity Collage, Durham, North Carolina, for a four years' course of education. On their return to China these students will be offered positions in the Company, which is defraying all expenses of education, travelling, living, clothing and recreation. It was the Company's intention to send two of the above students to England for education, but owing to the difficulty of securing passages and the present overcrowded state of the English public schools it was decided to send all four students to America,
