The above mentioned vessel having arrived from the above! mentioned Ports, consignees of cargo are hereby informed that their cargo will be lauded at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra harzardous godowns of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf & Godown Co. Ltd., and stored at consignees' risk.
Consignees of cargo are hereby notified that they must produce an Import Permit signed by the Superintendent of the Imports and Exports, Hongkong, before bills of lading can be counter- signed.
All broken, chafed and damag- ed goods are to be left in the Go downs, where they will be ex- amined on December 22nd at 10 am.
All claims must be presented within a week of the steamer's arrival here, after which they cannot be recognized.
No claim will be admitted after the goods have left the Godowns and all goods remaining undelivered after December 23rd, will be subject to rent.
No fire insurance whatever will be effected.
Consignees are requested to send in their Bills of Lading for countersignature immediately.
