It appears to them that the issue of such an ordinance is a matter of doubtful policy, and that it may give rise to anomalies, which ought to be avoided.
They dake ordinary kumpue of pinim that the Majesty might not be advised to confirm the said Ordinance.

For the reasons given by their Lordships I have been unable to advise Her Majesty to assent to this enactment you will publish Her Majesty's disallowance in the usual manner.
