With reference to your letter of the 5th March, I am directed by the Earl of Kimberley to state that the Crown Agents have been instructed to procure and forward to Hong Kong, a sufficient supply of subsidiary Silver coinage, in equal proportions of 20 cent, 10 cent, and 5 cent pieces, similar to those at present in circulation in the Colony. Further supplies will be forwarded as may be required.
With reference to the last paragraph of your letter under acknowledgment, and to point out that Sir R. MacDonnell's reply to your letter of the 28th Oct?
