Ah Letters to be addressed to

Offices of the Crown Agents for the Colonies.

Referring to your letter of the 25 ult., I have to state, for the information of the Earl of Kimberley, that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have entered into Agreements with twenty men selected by Wrayth from the Metropolitan Police Force to serve as Constables in Hong Kong.

A blank form of the Agreement is herewith enclosed.

Passages have been ordered for these men in the Steamer "Duke of Richmond" advertised to leave Liverpool for Hongkong on the 4th instant.
