With reference to your letter of the 24th August last, I transmit copy of a letter from the Surveyor General of Prisons relative to the supply of a drying Closet for the Government of Hong Kong, and to acquaint you for the Earl of Kimberley's information that the cost of one of Messrs. Sealer's 12 horse drying Closets complete, including radiating flues, and ironing stove delivered free on board ship in London, £125. would be one hundred twenty-five pounds.
