An Osaka paper says: Kani- yama and Hidechika, two cinema photographers, and others, were arrested in connection with the manufacture of obscene films and selling them to households of respectable social standing. A search being instituted by detectives 17 duplicates of the films are said to have been discovered, but many more still remain to be hunted up.
