Paris, April 22. President Wilson, Mr. Lloyd George and M. Clemenceau to-day discussed the Kiacchau question, which the Japanese insist most "be solved before the German delegates arrive at Versailles.
The discussion did not result in any decision on the problem a few, the thorough examination of which has been confided to experts, who are expected to submit a compromise proposal very shortly.
