Entered ... action in the sum of $200,000 dollars. It seems to me that the Registrar's proper course had been to issue the Warrant, leaving the parties to apply to the Judge to overrule the arrest in the event of their being able to convince him that they were entitled to the exemption claimed. Even if the terms of the Convention had been brought to his notice, it would have been questionable whether he should have done otherwise.
