AFFAIRS IN GERMANY.

Berlin, April 7. The Bavarian Government has gone to Nuremberg. Herr Hoffman, the Premier, announced that the Government has not retired but has merely transferred its seat from Munich. The Social Democratic parties, which are still sitting at Nuremberg, voted yesterday by 42 to 8 against the Soviet Repablic. The newspapers of Berlin opine that & crisis has been reached. It is a trial of strength between North and South Bavaria, also between the Communista with the Independents and Majority Socialists. Sanguinary collisions are anticipated. A telegram from Copenhagen points out that the Bavarian Government is non-existent as at least two members of the Government, Simon and Unterleitner, have joined the Soviet movement, being in. claded in the provisional list of people's Commissaries, with Tachion, Segitz and others.

The Sovietic transformation of the Bavarian Repablic is considered calmaly by the French press, they only remark- ing that close union between the Allies is necessary.
