MOVE

The Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in a desire to make Day-light Saving practi cable and universal in Shanghai early this summer has issued an advertisement saying it will be glad to receive from all interested an answer to the following ques- tion.

"Are you in favour of the scheme provided the Customs Clock can be put forward ?"
