MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.

Mr. J. R. Wood. proceeded this morning with the adjourned hearing of the sharge of man- slaughter that has been preferred against the coxswain of the Evening Star for a collision that occurred between the Star Ferry Company's launch and a junk in the harbour at 11 p.m. on the 21st ultimo, whereby a WOTOLI lost her life.
