Soldiers' Street Organ Rules. A discharged soldier, westing Services Rendered badge, was advised by the North London magistrate recently to remove from a piano organ bis photograph and statement relating to his Army record. The man had been playing the instrument in the streets, and had been ordered by the polics to remove the state ment and the photograph, sy their use was a breach of the regulations.
