The total number and tonnage of veesels which entered and cleared at Antung during -1917 was 432 vessels of 187,964" tons which, compared with 1916, shows a decrease of 96 vessels and 114,808-tons. The percentages of the various flags were 189 per cent British; 0.5 per cent. Dateb; 50.3 per cent. Japanese; 45 per cent Norwegian and 258 per ceat. Chinese.

Dry Dock for Saigon.
The Indo China Colonial authorities have decided to provide the sum of 1,460,000 piasters out of reserves for the construction at Saigon of a dry dock to accommodate vessels of about 3,500 tons.
