Information has been received from the Director Gasstal of Ports and Telegraphs Tokio, that on and after 1st April 1918, the Post Office of Japan will collect demurrage charge from the addresses of parcels on which Customs dusies or inland taxes are imposed in Japan, not withdraws from the Pol Office within 20 days from the date of the notice of their arrival to be sent to the addremess.
