an Extraordinary General Meeting of The China-Borneo Company, Limited, will be beld at the Offices of Messrs Gibb,. Livington and Company. St. George's Building, Victoria, Hongkong, the registered office of the above named Company on Friday, the 13th day of Septem- ber, 1918, at 11.30 o'clock in the the subjoined forenoon, when Resolutions will be proposed as Extraordinary Resolutions, viz — (1) To consider, and if thought
fit, approve the draft new Articles which will be sub- mitted to the Meeting. And in the event of the approval thereof with or without modifica tion
