Cadet Movement Honoured.
As a result of the Commission which the French Government. sent to London a year ago to study our Cadet Corps and Boy Scout movementa, the Franch Ministry of War have sent medals to the War Offoe for presentation to the Corps. The presentation was made in the Guildhall on May 4 by Major-General the Vicomte de Is Panouse, C.B., C.V.O., for the French Ambassador.
