Accumulation of Goods at Dairen,
The socumulation of goods on the Dairen wharves og April 21 was 432,459 tons. The accumul- ation threatens to grow larger as only a few ships are expected there for loading purposes.
Judgment.In Collision Case. In the Admiralty - Division judgment has been given in the case of the collision in the Channel: Royal Mail Co.'s steamer Essequibo v, the Steam- took place in the English Channel ship Sanuki Maru. The sollision
on Feb. 2, 1918 Mr. Justice H Sabuki Maru alone to blame for save judgment, pronouncing the the collision. The learned Judge Isaid Essequibo was bound across Channel, and the Sanuki Maru was bound down Channel, the Eas-quibo being on the atarboard side of the Sanuki Maru. It was admitted that the Sanuki Maru did not keep rut of the way of the Essequib, and that the Sanuki Maru was not exhibiting lights and only, showed them a very short time before the collision.
