"Japanese Arm in Kobe has received a large order. The Japanese output is quite limited, manufacturore existing only in Wakayama and Kobe. In the öircumstances, so far the Mitsui Busan Kaiahs and other ex- porters have been able to socept only about one-third of the orders. It is doubted whether the large order now received in Kobe osn be excuted.
