I certify that Gward James Reddie, who was admitted a patient in this hospital on July 22nd, has while under my care, exhibited no sign of unsoundness of mind, whatever. I have been unable to ascertain his former condition - I am of opinion that he cannot undertake a voyage to England unattended, and would advise an immediate change...
