failed to give
the security as aforesaid: Mineford I. Sir Edmund Hornby,
Knt, Chief Judge of this Court, confirm
the said sentence of deportation and direct that the same shall be carried
into effect.
This is therefore to authorize
the said S. Davies, Master
of the said Steam Ship "Bombay" to
receive the said Ah Sim and him
safely to convey there and deliver him into the custody of the Chief Magistrate of Police or other
Officer of Her Majesty duly
authorized as
such together with this Warrant in order that the said Sentence of
deportation may
be carried into
effect by the
authority
directed by the
Section of the "China and
Order in Council 1860
