In conformity with the Section 112 of H.K. Order in Council, and of Section 12 of H.K. the Order in Council,

I have committed the Prisoner to H.M. Jail pending the order of His Excellency the Governor, and have forwarded a copy of the Minutes taken by me in the case.

This Man appears to have previously served 19 months imprisonment here under a Circular Warrant dated 11th April 1890, under the name of O.Sing also known as No 2300.

It further appears from a Memo of 1871 that he was afterwards convicted at the Police Court here in May of that year, of Larceny under the name of Aussein and punished with two months hard labour.

I have, etc.

(Signed) P. M. Mitchell,

Acting Police Magistrate.
