Allies.
The War Commi-sion met on Saturday morning (enys the Peking dy Neer of the 3rd inut.) consider the question whether China thould join the Allies. Several members of the Commission strongly urged that China should do so and other members remained silent, baring no opinion to cffer. Although no definite decision was made st Saturday's meeting, those who era well acquainted with the situation express the belief that eventually Chins will be a mem- of the Allies.
