Plainlifia claim was for the delivery of two cheats of Fatos opiam the pro- perty of the plaintiffs in the psssssion of the defendante se bailees and covered by a delivery permit. In the asternative the value of 'the goods was claimed, Mr. D. McNeill appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. R. N. Nacleod for the defendante. Mr. McNeil sisted that he wae glad to tell the Ceart that the parties had arrived at a settlement the terms of which included the discontinuance of ths action and the payment by each party of their own costs. His Lordship agreed to the case being withdrawn.
