voting this
a recommendation
from Mr Stewart, the Head Master,
copy of which I enclose
I can bear testimony to the
high state of efficiency into which
the education
the Central
School has been brought; And this
must be
owing
in
slight degree
to the able manner in which the
Head Master is supported by my Willerat. Having, therefore, good
opinion of the value
of Mr. Willcocks's
services, and considering that, after years of arduous and laborious
work, he is entitled to
some increase
in his moderate salary of
£350, I have no
hesitation in
requesting Your Lordship's approval of the vote of the Council.
I have the honour to be,
My Lord,
Your Lordship's most obedient
humble servant,
Arthur Edward
Governor.
