A Limited Programme Permitted.
London, July 5. The War Cabinet has decided to allow limited racing, in view of the importance of horse breeding.

The Great Attack on the French Front.
London, July 5. Beater'e oxfreepondent at the French Headquarters, writing on the 4th instant, states:-Yesterday's attack on Übemin des Dames was the most powsefal, sffort which the enemy has made on the French Froot since the beginning of their offensive.
