I have the honor to report that this Government has endorsed a Bill, No. 71 of 17th Inst., for £450 drawn by Mr. Sampson on the Emigration Agent, for the Right Honorable the Earl of Kimberley, Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies.
